Jim joined NAI Maestas & Ward in June 2011 as a land, industrial and investment advisor with an extensive background in commercial real estate. He is also an active investor and business owner. Jim has led both small and large corporations and has managed budgets in excess of $100M. Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson Schools of Management.
