Specialist Leader in Deloitte’s Government and Public Sector Practice
Celina Bussey is a Specialist Leader in Deloitte’s Government and Public Sector practice and serves as a subject matter expert for Labor and Workforce Development, which encompasses the program domains of Unemployment Insurance, Workforce, Worker’s Compensation, Disability and Paid Family Leave. She has worked with state and local government agencies, higher education and the private sector for nearly 20 years. Most notably serving as the Secretary of Work Force Solutions for the State of New Mexico. Celina received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from the University of New Mexico.
